By creating an account and using FitTracker: Strength Analytics ("the App") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
FitTracker: Strength Analytics is a personal fitness tracking application developed by Valentyn Rabincak. The App allows you to log exercises, training sessions, templates, and view analytics on your strength progress.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at noreply@fittracker.store if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use the App only for lawful personal fitness tracking purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App. You may not use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
All fitness data, exercise entries, and content you enter into the App belongs to you. By submitting content you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and process it solely to operate the App and provide the service to you.
The App is a data-tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or modifying a training programme. We are not liable for any injury or health consequence resulting from use of the App.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be unavailable during maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control.
You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by emailing noreply@fittracker.store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valentyn Rabincak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the version and date above. Continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine, without prejudice to applicable mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
